On Dr. Atilio Aníbal Alterini's retirement from the Commercial Court of Appeals, his peers remarked in the Extraordinary Decision dated April 13, 1977, his "uprightness in character and legal expertise evidenced throughout his judicial career”.

        Dr. Jorge Eduardo Berreta (in 1977) and Dr. Aníbal Filippini (in 1981) became partners in Estudio A. A. Alterini.
